The Department of Development's Community Services Division administers the Ohio Housing Trust Fund, which provides funding for a full range of housing activities, including rental assistance, housing counseling, homebuyer assistance, handicapped accessibility modifications, rehabilitation, home repair, and new construction. Part of the Ohio Housing Trust Fund budget is an allocation for the Homeless Crisis Response Program for $13,780,000.00.
